finally had some street food. it wasn't spectacular, but a good experience. seems difficult eating street food around here. don't see any tourist doing it, the vendors pretty much ignore you when you walk by. couple times i tried, and it was either a major rip off for what was given or doesn't speak any english. this one knew enough to tell me the price and it was reasonable for a tourist. so, i think this was last on my list for phnom penh. next.
